| Ensure the clearance is between 1 and 1.2mm, I had 1.5mm and had bad clutch slip, after re adjustment all sorted. |

Great video Andrew.  So, bought a second hand sigma slipper for my 2002 mille and it came without the large washer and original slipper pipe bungs.......Anyone know where i can source them from please? Also have 3 different depths of spacers for the pressure plates...How do i know which ones to fit? Just wanna be sure what i'm doing before i try to fit is all  ------------- current;2001mille,2003R,2003Eddy,2012Tuono. Previous RS250,2006Factory,2001mille,2001R and 2x2002mille |

| Mixdrive 1, not got my Millie any more but from what I remember the pipe can be bunged up with any rod and jubillie clip on it. same on casing as long as it's tight in the hole. Get onto the sigma website and contact Neil by e mail pretty sure you can source a washer from him, pretty sure its the same as the large washer from original clutch from what I remember, have you downloaded sigma fitting info from their site? Pressure plates can be a sod to set up for the right clearance, if the stack height is correct for the bike you have use it and just omit the first steel pressure plate. Measure CAREFULLY and rearrange the steels to suit thick/thin anywhere just get right clearance! Two steels together are not a problem but not two frictions OK. Hope this helps good luck . |

Possibly a point to note about the sigma Slipper clutches The feel really weird for a start, sort of "clunky", but it is ace being able to hammer it down through the gears without having to worry about the back wheel causing you problems

I've never felt the need for one either,I really like the engine braking and the drag on braking can be regulated by clutch input I've always felt. Mind you,most people will probably be going a bit faster then me.
