Hi Guys I had my Clutch Master cylinder replaced on warranty 12 months ago, but as sure as apples is apples, the replacement keeps getting air in and needs bleeding. Spoke to dealer today and Aprilia have rejected my warranty claim and the kit to fix it with, (New reservoir and pipes) is going to cost £50! I am obviously disputing this, but has anybody had this modification done and does it work and lastly, who is going to end up paying for it?

i've not heard of any mods to the clutch master cylinder but that doesn't mean there aren't any. personally speaking i think you may find that the problem is elsewhere. check to see if you have any leaks from the master cylinder or the pipe if there is no leak then it's highly unlikely to be the master cylinder which may be why aprilia have rejected your claim. you might want to check the slave cylinder see if the problem is there.[;)]
