Just booked Snetterton for Monday 13th July in the inters. Anyone else going forcast is 22 dry and sunny. Can't wait.

Not going to Snet, but I am going to Brands Hatch next week for an evening session on the R6.

I took it there last month for it's first trackday with me.

Managed 1 full session and 5 other laps. Kinked fuel pipe under the tank. put paid to most of the first
2 sessions. Got given a replacement pipe by a guy in the same garage. Got session 3 in full and then the damn thing wouldn't start for the last session as the reg/rec had gone tits up and the battery was flat.

That's the problem with evening sessions, not much time to fix things.

Hopefully, with these sorted next week will be OK. If not, I'll buy a box of matches on the way home.

Then I'll book a couple of full days at Cadwell.

So much for dry and sunny, rained all bloody day done four seasons and gave up and came home after lunch. Totally gutted got one Ok session the rest, well wet wet wet! Managed to stay upright whilst people were crashing left right and centre then thought f**k it home time ]

Yeah,trackdays are for fun,and it ain't much fun when you have water leaking everywhere.

And that's before you think about trying to stay aboard the thing and the costs involved if you don't.

Cheers fella's at least I know I'm not the only one. The guys on track bikes and wets braved it but most gave in. A few milles there but no one on here I think. Live to ride another day and all that.
