   An American, a Russian and a Finnish general were sitting in a bar and having a conversation. As the night proceeded, the Russian general started bragging. "Our navy is so great that if all our ships sailed out to the sea simultaneously, you could not see any water!" The American general responded "If all our jet fighters took off at the same time, the sky would be completely obscured". The Finnish general remained silent for a while and said "We have a colonel whose dick is a foot long".
The Russian and American generals started to take back a little. "Of course you could some water between the ships" said the Russian. "Yeah, sure you could see the blue sky between our fighters" admitted the American.

The Finnish general was a little ashamed and confessed "Well, this colonel of ours... in fact he's only a lieutenant".
