Agree.....of course its your bike, but are those decals hiding anything ??

I will soon find out…..no evidence of gravel rash so, am hoping not. Fingers crossed.

The stickers on the cans are old and worn - in keeping with the rider.

Your bike so do anything you want, no one else’s opinion matters, if you like it do it.

Exactly this! Mate it's your bike put pink flowers and a honda sticker on it if you want you've just stirred up the ape geeks and I'm one of them LOL

I couldn’t find my gen2 brochure but did find the 98/99 Rsv and 2000 Rsv/rsvr/sp which were interesting to read again.

Great info colin

definitely a vast improvement you could always buy some new Akro stickers for the exhaust. I got some for the tuono because they were really faded

…put the old one back on for now - even managed to get it straight too!
Going to get a cheap black spine-type one.
I quite like the unadorned cans & think I’ll leave them that way for now as I have a habit of scraping them on the shed door.

And the RSV one on the rear seat hump side 🤫 shhhhh…

But it looks miles better now. Like it.

Edit Btw have you lost the bung on the collector pin that pushes against the belly pan? They used to list them on Fowlers parts but now it doesn’t. I purchased a few after discovering the part used on another model that I can’t recall. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for a few but can have a look for them or part number of you or others need them 😃

I didn’t even know such a thing existed ^^
I’m missing a few fixings - pin type trim clips, bell pan washers - the more you look the more you notice….am slowly going through it and replacing with stainless, where I can.

I have a few mods on the go - there’s a thread I’ve started,errr…somewhere.
I suspect whoever fitted the PC3 lost the fixings.
