Tbf I’d suggest just buying some brand new hoses from Hel or similar.

Appreciate you’d like to be original but they are 20years old and should be replaced as per service book is my recommendation. You’d also have a higher quality hose.
The replacement cap from aprilia is available but it’s cheaper to buy the whole reservoir rather than just the cap.
Some have also been supplied with a plastic cap which again is a worthy upgrade. Keep and clean up your oem stuff for later.

Thanks Wiggins, just wondering if i can blast the original cap and respray it?
Regarding the hoses i might try to clean them up but once you start taking the surface off they dont look the same anymore
Cheers Rich

Think they have different banjo ends to them Adam

Axial master and caliper as opposed to radial so pretty sure the angles are incorrect

The other advantage of getting replacement parts is you could have separate brake lines.

If you do want some used original front lines I have some you can have. Will try take a photo later on. You'll want some fresh copper washers though. Always best practice anyway, though you do get a couple uses out of them.
