Are the brake disc rotors off a Futura the same as on my 09 Tuono does anybody know?

not sure, BUT, you could take a look on the part# on the aprilia parts online type sites that have microfiche for all the bikes.
OR go to brembo page, see what part number they list for each bike. Often a manufacturer will use a diff part number for no good reason, but the 3rd party lot will say 'fits X, Y, Z'
