Some of you may remember my Project Cheap as Chips track bike that I built last winter for virtually nothing.  It looked like this:

Well, this winter it has had a bit of a makeover and now it looks like this:

Apologies for the poor quality pic but the light was going as I got it finished earlier this evening.

I got hold of a radial front end from an 05 RSV-R, then managed to acquire some ultra rare Tuono racing carbon bodywork (nose cone and belly pan) which meant I then simply "had" to put a later 02 fuel tank on it, not to mention an 03 rear end to complete the look.  Sort of a Tuono racing replica but on still built on the cheap ;-)

Still a couple of bits needed to finish it off but it's almost done.  If the parts come in this week, then one more day in the garage will see it finished!  Can't decide whether I should do the wheels in white as per the original Tuono racing or not.........what do you think?

Jon

Like Phil Jupitus........only slimmer!!!
