I've got a standard Sachs Tuono V4 shock to whack into my Gen2 V2 Tuono which fits in each end beautifully, no issue. However, clearance of the bladder/reservoir/wanger is an issue. Less than 1mm when the rear wheel is off the ground and gets smaller the further down the stroke.
Anything obviously wrong or just a case of ain't gonna go?
(Preload rings slackened off only to aid investigation)
Cheers.

It'll rotate (only a few degrees) about the top mount when the shock compresses and gets closer to the subframe...

Don't see how you could work around that. Bit too close for comfort.

Yeah. Not quite right for me. Seeing as I've just had a £1 max sales fee email from eBay, I'll whack it on later. Unless anyone on here wants it..? Tongue
