Hi All, I'd like to go up to a 44 (from a 42) on the rear sprocket of my 2015 Factory Tuono. The bike has only 4.5k on the clock. Can I just change the rear sproket or will in need to swap out the chain and front sprocket too in order to avoid problems? Ta.

Try it and see. The chain may not have stretched enough in 4.5k to fit the bigger sprocket without having the adjusters right against the stops, which will affect your wheelbase slightly.
