Today was first ride on my 2005 gen 2 factory.
Has an evo airbox and has mad torque.
Bike seems to have been well cared for.
I am 13 stone and bike rode super smooth.
No idea how to upload image sorry.

It's not the wand it's the wizard behind it.

glad you enjoyed it buddy.
never tried a gen 2 as they seem quite a bit smaller and not as well suited to me
had plenty of gen 1 mille and tuonos though and they are great bikes.
beautiful mix of power/torque/sound and a brilliant engine

Thanks. Had a 2002 Gen 1 seven years ago. Tall bike but what a booming soundtrack.
Gen 2 seems a bit tamer or just me getting older.

Gen 1 more grunty low down but gen2 has a harder hit near the top end so I suppose it depends how you ride as to which is tamer.

I've got both and prefer the gen1 to ride but the gen2 to look at

Looking forward to the next track day

Nice choice you have there. Yes Gen 2 is still a good looker
New sports bikes very focused and small.
Sound of twins is magic.

I think the gen 2 still looks very fresh and modern today.
It has a very nice and aggressive look to it.
Id like one 1 day if the right model/colour/modifications comes up at a good price, once ive tried one on for size mind ya.
I prefer the look of twin exhausts too,
But id look to buy one with quality race cans fitted as its not cheap buying 1,
Never mind 2.
