had a nice run today, out round bakewell and chatsworth etc.
bit cooler, friday was a joke,i was merely a puddle and came home after an hour friday ffs.
the old kwak certainly goes well, not everyones cup of tea i know,
but only 16k with fsh for £3k so caught my eye and i enjoyed the last one i had.
easing my way back into riding after a long lay off.
she scrubs up well for an old girl.

tis bloody lovely to be riding again though and something that should never be taken for granted,
its truly horrible when your bikeless.

Nice bike buddy. I need to get my arse motivated to get out. Too much traffic and poor standard of driving putting me off at minute. Funny thing is, when I'm out I love it, it's just getting outs the problem lol
born ugly what's your excuse!!

Yes,it seems alot more frustrating than it use to be!
Loads of traffic everywhere and quing.
Even for a filtering demon like meself, theres only so far up you can get.
Heat coming off the engine jesus,i was boiled alive.
Plus coppers absolutely everywhere.

Still worth a quick hours blast each day.
Puts a spring in your step.

I can see why ian hates road riding though,
But also like ian,im just as happy cleaning,
servicing and tinkering with bikes.

So an hours blast then shorts on,cool down
And a beer and a relaxing bit of degreasing
Cleaning and polishing.

Bikes very tidy, all clearances done, fsh with tons of
Reciepts for all work,both keys,tool kit,handbook
Pc3,new pads and goodridge lines front and rear and brakes bled.
Came with heated grips, and garmin satnav all wired in.

Hate screen, naff heel plates and gold fairing bolts ffs.
New screen to get and stainless bolts,
O.e heel plates,r&g exhaust hanger and new tyres next year
As the rear michelin pilot road is squared off to fook.

Came with standard screen exhaust etc.
Not many about, theres only a few on the whole of ebay autotrader etc.

Cheers buddy.
Im a big fan of 90's and early 2000's bikes.
Found some real gems of early blades,r1's,bandit 1200's
K1 gsxr1000 Etc in my time.
This was ditched, took 3 wk ends of degreasing etc to find what was underneath.been sornd for ages, only had 3 owners.
Pleased with how its come out.worth the effort
Of a little elbow grease.

Thanks mark.
As said,not everyones cuppa tea,
Big heavy bike at around 225kg
But basicaly a small sportsbike in big un style lol.
Fast roomy comfy and well made, bit of a flagship model for kwak.
Big step up on the c1 c2 zx9's ive had anyway.
Forgot what pig the batterys were to get at though🥴
Both seats off, tank cover off, disconnect many wires an connectors etc
As petrol tanks under seat.
No room in battery tray  hardly for trickle charger
with satnav wired in too.

What you riding mark, still got the falco and repairing tt bike?
