SP motorcycles in Exeter probably the best bet though still a long journey.

What Smalt system you have in the end? You running all the normal mods alongside it also like PC , open airbox etc

Is it surging low revs, part throttle, full throttle or just all over? Pretty sure the TB balance sort it with a PC as the Smaltmoto I think off top of my head is either 60mm or 65mm depending on the generation model. That's a fair amount more gas going out. Did you need to trim your belly pan also?

Lastly were the other mods like flapper etc done prior to the system, so it's the last recent addition as such

If you aren't getting the PC till Xmas and plan to ride prior I'd get them done for improvements otherwise get it done all the same time. You will have a good before and after figure too. Post some pics up of it when you can.

Be good to see the system and what you think of it
