Want to use the Gen 2 flywheel with its 48 timing outer notches in a Gen 1 with a custom ECU, other than the timing trigger notches are there any other differences between the 2 flywheels. The magnets in the Gen 2 could be stronger is all I can fin on searches, would like to be sure the taper and key are the same etc before spending £.

No idea, but someone on here recently bought a flywheel in error, I think that may have been a gen2 Confused

Sorry, I'm working from a phone abroad so its a pita to search posts but if you do a search you should find the thread, possibly help each other out?
