I did think that was the case but then decided they couldn't be that stupid surely?

Perhaps whoever signed the cameras off forgot bikes only have rear plates?

I'm not tempted to go back and ride it again to confirm though,it was very boring.

I'm sure they could if they wanted to,but hopefully it wouldn't be worth it for the odd couple of mph over.

Those elapsed time cameras are a pita,easy enough to use cruise control in your car but it's very easy to creep up on a bike,especially if something is looming large in your mirrors.

Another matter to concern us is that the incumbent Chief Constable is due to retire anytime soon and after a couple of them that seemed to be content to keep a low profile we could be due another Brunstrom anytime soon.  Ouch
