Well, fitting a Pc5 and Autotune.... ...

Just fancy an upgrade from the Pc3 Cheesy, I like everything I've heard from people that have fitted the Autotune's, they sound a great addition...so if you find one in your sock drawer that you'd forgotten about, im your man 👌

Will the AT-300 work okay with the Evo 6 which has just the 1 x O2 sensor point?

at-200 is single autotune

you need to add bungs approx. 6" from the exhaust port for the at300 ..you need this to map each indvidual cylinder

No you need to weld bosses into both headers.

Question everything.

Are they m12 though? I'm asking because I don't know. They need to be m18x1.5 for the AT300 and as said above, approx 6" down the header.
Question everything.

Hello mate

Excellent, I was just looking on image search and yes I see you're right.

Shame I have no Evo 6, but 4 bungs to weld in 2 systems.
Question everything.

Howdy Geo.

I know my Evo6 has the two M18 ports, are they positioned ok for the AT-300 to work properly though? Theyre lower down than Dynojet specify arent they?🤔...
Also, what did you do with regards removing the original 02 sensor to stop the fault code showing?

Hi my friend. To stop the fault code showing, you must purchase and plug the dynojet o2 eliminator.
The other way is to take the bike to the dealer, plug it on the axone diagnostic, and delete the o2 sensor using a special password that only official dealers know

As for positioning of the sensors,i think that we must rely on the vast experience of akrapovic and aprilia technicians that co-designed and build this race system

You can delete the lambda via an axone in a few mins. Get Griff or a dealer to do it. It’s in the race settings of the ecu which is password protected but I have the password if the dealer doesn’t. Griff will know it too.

Cool, I'll get one of those then when the time comes (or get a dealer to do it via the code, at least there's 2 options I know of now so thanks guys).

Yes, I thought that Akrapovic wouldn't have put the ports in the wrong place but I suppose the exhaust wasn't really designed with the Autotune in mind, but if yours works ok then the ports are obviously in a good enough location , which saves me having to remove the exhaust again and hsve extra ports welded on (which I didn't really want to do ).
Geo, did you manage to get your throttle bodies balanced ok through those ports? That was something else I was wondering about🤔
