Hi folks - taken the loom out of my 2005 Tuono headlight assembly as the high beams weren't working. Just the loom plugged in outside of the assembly from the front of the bike and amazingly all four bulbs work including the high beams. Put the loom back into the headlight assembly and the high beams don't work again. So, outside of the assembly, all beams work, inside the assembly, high beams don't work. Any advice greatly appreciated!

I'm guessing you have either a fault on the headlight connections which I'd check first as it's intermittent or a dodgy harness leading to the headlights.

Had the same issue when I got my 2010 Tuono.
Turns out the engine needs to be running for the headlights to come on. Still kicking myself over that one.
