Very reluctant sale due to eminent house purchase

This is my second gen2 and was bought from a fellow member. She is in excellent shape everything works as it should and the difference between my old standard rsvr and the factory is amazing I absolutely love this bike and now all the usual niggles are sorted it has performed faultlessly all summer starts effortlessly and is a joy to ride after aprilia performance worked their magic on the suspension and engine.

06 plate factory with 24k on the clock with no re-set and mots to prove.
Tons of service stamps in the book last big one done less than 2k ago in march by griff including valves, ohlins and bearings checked and greased cost £750 .
Upgraded battery
Upgraded starter solenoid
Upgraded cables ( johnboys )
Accosato radial brake mc
Accosato radial clutch mc. Both fitted in July virtually brand new
Ti arrows with hangers and baffles
Oberon clutch slave neutral no issues
Crash bungs
MRA screen and original
Aprilia res covers and gold caps
Clear headlamp protectors
Tail tidy
Metzler M7RR tyres with loads of tread
Did gold chain and renthal sprockets 15 42
Front and rear pads

Just sailed through its mot so ready to go for the summer.
I have two keys and fobs plus owners manual.

Plus a few spares including original levers, pillion pegs and seat.

All of the above was done in March by AP bar the master cylinders which I fitted and the chain and sprockets and pads are as new. I also replaced the front valve cover and a new bolt above the header ( the difficult one) as well as a deep clean degrease and coolant flush and change.

Overall condition is excellent with only a few small marks here and there to be expected of a 10 year old bike but anyone on here who has seen it can vouch that its a very clean and cared for bike.

For a chat about the bike and if you are interested call me on 07878931875 happy to email more pictures.

Looking for 4350 bike is located in Norwich.

Very sad indeed. Not been on here for a couple of months had so much going on working flat out to save for the house and the missus has been in hospital so doing everything for her and the kids...I need a holiday! Off to view a couple of slightly cheaper places today but I think the bike will still have to go for now I'll get another one once we are settled. Having said that I'm not giving it away and I have a base price agreed with the wife and unless I get that it's staying.

Mate, I didn't expect to see this, especially after our last chat regarding your views about buying a house when we were last at Old Buckenham. Totally gutted for you buddy, I'm sure you won't have a problem selling the Ape  given it's condition and the amount of work that's been carried out on it, whoever buys it will be getting a really smart and well sorted bike. I for one can vouch for just how nice this bike loks and sounds. Good luck with the sale and the house hunting buddy and stay in touch,

Mark     Thumbs Up

Hello Buddy, sorry to hear the house purchase fell through, at least you'll be able to soften the blow by still going for ride outs next year. By the way how's the wife now ? see you soon Buddy,

Mark

Every cloud mate

Alice is much better thanks for asking. She is back to work on a fazed return next week after 12 weeks off! I can cut out a couple of shifts once she is back full time I'm doing to many nights atm it's messing me up sleep work sleep work work work work killer! Plenty more properties out there the right one will crop up and we can still ride next year looking forward to seeing and hearing this twin system of yours. All the best Mark
