Good result for aprilia at Aragon 2 top 10 finishes, hopefully next season they'll be on the up
But Marquez was some thing else, has definitely learn't to take a few laps then push after that slide !!

I love Sam's sideways riding style in moto 2 similar to when Rossi was back on the Honda's in the early days but that was more for showing off than racing !! but he must absolutely destroy the tyres doing it, but he's a strong rider and hopefully aprilia will get some good results next year

Different thing the backing it in style to the sliding that used to happen in 500's. Funnily Garry McCoy spent most of his time sliding that red bull Yamaha but that got the best out of the tyre and he never wore them out....apparently!! He was awesome to watch but they're all doing the backing it in thing now. Sam should do well, best thing is he's let other people improve it so it'll be a lot better when he gets on it

Yeah, but you gotta feel a bit sorry for Bautista and Bradl after all the work they put in. They are both world champions so no non-result has-been either of them.
Admittedly Bradl crashes as often as Sam. It will be great to have another Brit in MotoGP but I just feel that the two guys have got the sh*tty end of the stick on this occasion, bit like Laverty not getting a GP17 after his results this year on a two year old bike.

That'll spice up the already tense relationship between them. |

In fairness, with the possible exception of Dani Pedrosa ( and even he has had his moments) they'd all argue a black crow white rather than admit defeat was their own doing. It's all turned into a stupid reality tv show. Sickens me. For the first year since I was a kid I haven't watched a single race this season. They all need to dry their eyes and get on with their job. The pissing and moaning can wait until they get home to their family and friends like any other profession. |

I'd love to see Aprilia win at MotoGP
Problem is, it requires big BIG money to get a podium finish. And Aprilia hasn't got any.

Rossi maybe not quite as good as he was but I wouldn't say he's exactly "past it". He's usually up front somewhere. |

There's far better riders now if marquez was about when he was younger I doubt he would have won as many as he has I don't really like marquez myself but carnt say he is a class rider |

If Marquez was about in the 990 era don't think he would be as good as he is would crash more often, even the basic electronic's they have now still help with his aggressive riding style
The younger riders have been brought up with electronic's on their bikes if they went into a championship with an electronics ban sure they'd be quick but I reckon they'd also be on the floor alot
