Hi,

Just 3 days ago my Aprilia developed a fault - nothing on the dash board is working except for kickstand light and Neuteral light. Displays and speedometer are dead (I think also background light). Bike starts, runs normally I guess. When I was driving for a half a day, nothing, after 2 hours when it cooled down dash worked again. Same this morning - diagnostics run when I started the bike, but after about 10 minutes it switched off and it didn't come on since. Any ideas? Thanks

lift the tank and get some contact cleaner/wd 40 in every connector you come across .....

yeah, heat causes expansion, and dries out moisture, cooling things contract, sounds like a dirty contact shifting a bit and making connection. try back of the clocks too. and check any small black wires with eye loops and bolted to metal bits.
