Hi All........
New member on here,so please treat me gently lol...

But I'm looking at possibly trading in a 2021 Superduke R for a 2022 Tuono Factory......
Iv got a few reservations about reliability issues etc, regarding electrics and dealer part supplies, mainly due to the Internet being awash with doom and gloom.....
But I've got an Aprilia itch to scratch, but I don't want to throw my cash away on a dud dream......
So is there anybody out there, who owns the latest gen who can give me some pointers to hopefully delving into the Aprilia fold.....

Cheers all

Dean

I’ve the 19/20 model and think it’s fantastic personally.

You will always read horror stories on the web on anything sadly. I know Bmw owners, Ktm owners, Honda, triumph, you name it and they’ve had engine, electrics, poor service, all of that.

Go ride one and if you like it go for it. Mine is honestly the best bike I’ve owned. But then ive had what I would call minor issues and just Nobby dealer advice. Certainly nothing I couldn’t fix myself. Later engines are the best in terms of everything.

Bikes in general are fine especially as you are buying new as the basic design is 13 ish years old and had the kinks worked out. Dealers are generally less than great and Aprilia can be an arse with warranty if it’s anything ambiguous. Like anything you can get one that never has a fault and the next does. Most people only post on the net when things go wrong as with any brand so you see lots of negatives. Are they Japanese reliable, no but neither is a KTM really.
