OK, at the risk of embarrassing myself, due to my lightweight biking pedigree, here goes: 1985 - C90 (There, I've admitted it.) Then huge gap until 2003 - TT600 (2001) 2004 - ZX6 (2002 636 A1P) 2006 - Tuono (2004) and no plans to sell this one (although I did only buy it 5 weeks ago!). But plenty of plans to add bits and modify!!! Not much of a selection, but a whole lot of fun, particularly with the Tuono! I hear thunder, I hear thunder

I'm jealous, you've had 3 bikes that I'd love to own, the T140, and T160 Trumpets, and the Jota. [:p] Oh well maybe one day. [:(]

I loved my Bonnie 77 T140V in UK black and candy Apple Red , use to do all the Triumph rallies and with the missus and camping gear it was struggling. Brought a T160 , which was a total nail and dropped a rod on the IOM. Jota was awesome, I fitted the Mottod mechanical anti dive (remember that fad!) where one caliper pivoted and was attached to the bottom yoke by rods and rose joints! Sold it when I went to live and work in the middle east, Bad day that! Cheers Fatracker

Great Post… Yamaha DT50 – (When I was 16) for 1 year, great fun Honda XL250S (Purple) – Brand New. The one with the 21inch wheel! I remember an inner tube costing me £11.30 in 1981…More than the cost of most tyres back then! [:(] …Only kept it 9 months as all my mates had X7’s, RD250s, GS250s, RS250s etc. and the XL just couldn’t keep up… Suzuki GSX250 – Not as fast as the two strokes but great bike until the engine blew up. Went touring in France on it [;)] Suzuki GS550 – Slow, poor handling, but again, got me down to Saint Tropez and back! Kawasaki GT750 (Shaft Drive) – Bloody great big Krauser panniers – Great for just throwing everything in and sodding off…Took out a few car mirrors though [:)] Kawasaki KL175 – Sold the GT once I got to the stage where I was only using it for commuting 10 miles a day… . . . 20 year break . . mid life crisis… . 2003 - Yamaha 600 Fazer – I needed something with reasonable insurance to get some no claims bonus back! Actually loved it to bits, great bike, I completely understand why they are so popular. Now – 2004 RSVR – Great to have a big V Twin. Doesn’t make much sense below 60mph or on motorways…But on fast twisty A-Roads I love it…Can’t wait to take it on a track!! [:D] Next – Well, I’ve never done the Jap litre four sports bike thing…Oh, and when I get older I will probably get a BMW GS1200, and when I get really old a Harley Davidson (And a leather jacket with tassels!) Cheers, Keith [8D]
