can anyone cast an eye over my dyno thingy.
i understand  the bhp side, torque, air ect,
but im not up on whats looking good and whats needing improving.
i get its not about bhp figures and talking bolux, but about how the bike runs and behaves.
ive never had a dyno run or power commander ect,ive had old carb bikes with dyno jets ect.

i was under the impression the bike had a modded collector,i havent checked, but looking at the dip at 5k
id bet her indoors that it hasnt.

looking at the chart,it was set up with a mivv xl exhaust and k&n filter.

the bike feels superb too ride and ive not noticed a single issue,
but ive not gone far or ragged it completely yet due to work/weather ect.

so,can any of you modding loonys have a browse and decipher please?

cheers guys.

looks normal ish for the can and k&n to me. Possibly a bit more smoothing to be had?

I'd agree it doesn't appear to have the modded collector but that's an easy visual check.

A quality chip will see it smooth along with the collector especially removing the dip at 5.5k

These don't produce power after 9.5k and so it's chasing revs after that as the graph shows so may as well change gear then, but yes a torque figure would be useful though I'd expect it around 69-72ft lbs

Afr looks not bad. Usual dip for emissions ( speak to red for collector mod and maybe an open air box)
 No torque on that graph.

yea i found it in with the reciepts ect so i checked bike to see if pc3 was still there and it was.
been looking at the mwr airbox kit,and as said,a modded collector off mark soon then get it re dynod/check where its at/fresh set up.

200 chip once collectors modded and airbox is sorted?

LOL

Same here,I think at least one seller refused any warranty claims as they were so prone to burning up.

i typed it in but it just took me back to old posts on rsv zone where a few had them
and were saying good things about them....as good as renegade but louder induction noise ect.

big bloody no no then and no wonder it was half price!!
jollys look superb,as does all his stuff, and looking at his video, fit perfectly.

I may make another of the new one, but I don't want to give any secrets of the way I lay them up as they completely different now!

Thanks for the positive feedback.

They look nice but the foam over the throttle bodies is prone to catching fire if there are any blow backs.

Kamnae ( or however it's spelt) put an advisory on their site saying sold without warranty as they had so many returned with flame damage.

I think if they dyno tuned the built engine they would give a limited warranty though.

I've only ever seen one in use and it was destroyed, crusty foam getting sucked down the trumpets Shocked

I saw those MWR units years ago and thought they looked like the perfect combination of the EVO and renegade airbox, the benefits of both. I guess not!!!  Disapprove

They're lovely, but what's the advantage of them? Guessing they're proven to increase power torque curve?

Will be fitting one to my Gen2 Sam in the new year and im planning on a before and after dyno run so the gains will be clear to see.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left

I'll be interested to see the results. Although the induction noise may just be enough LOL who doesn't like the sound of the world being sucked under your chin?
