Would it be worth centre punching around the stator end of the crank as this is the second time it's slipped. Loctite green used. Thought about a second hand flywheel I think it's good money after bad. Gen 1- 18000 on the clock
Owned since new.

Was the bolt torque correct and lock tight on threads not taper.
Edit just checked workshop manual, torque 130 n-m , 95.88 ft-lb, loctight 648

All correct torque the keyway is a bit shot so need to stop the woodruff key from moving not Jb or 648.when I took the flywheel off the key was in the rotor slot which is not good. So the key is moving which is putting out timimg So need to get some strong metal compound.
